This Special Day collects the information needed to prepare and send personalized birthday magazine page invitations, including business contact information, recipient names, recipient email addresses, and birthday month and day. We do not need recipient birth years.

We use submitted information to provide samples, complete onboarding, prepare birthday pages, send invitations, send reports, communicate with customers, and operate the service.

Customer contact lists are used for the customer's This Special Day account. We do not sell customer contact lists.

We may use trusted service providers for forms, payment processing, email sending, image hosting, and site hosting. Those providers process information only as needed to support the service.
