Terms of Service

This Special Day provides personalized birthday magazine page invitations for businesses. Accounts are set up through a concierge onboarding process.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate business information, valid recipient contact information, and permission to email the contacts they upload.

The Business Plan covers up to 500 contacts unless another arrangement is agreed in writing. Subscriptions renew monthly and may be canceled anytime.

This Special Day may pause sending if account information is incomplete, payment fails, contact data appears invalid, or sending would create compliance or deliverability risk.

Sample pages and birthday page content are prepared for relationship marketing and demonstration purposes. Historical and cultural references are selected in good faith and may be adjusted over time.
