What Happens After You Subscribe
After subscribing, you will complete a short onboarding form and upload your customer birthday list. You will provide your business name, preferred sender name, reply-to email, BCC/copy email, and permission to email the contacts you upload. We only need each birthday's month and date, not the birth year. We will review your file, prepare your account, and help confirm your setup before magazine page invitations begin sending.

Do invitations come from my business?
Email invitations are sent through This Special Day with your business or personal name displayed. Replies go back to your preferred email address.
Will I receive a copy?
Yes. You provide a required BCC/copy email during onboarding so a copy of each birthday invitation can be sent to that address for your records.
Can I upload my own contacts?
Yes. You upload a CSV or Excel contact list with names, emails, and birthdays.
What format does my contact list need?
Your list does not need to be in a perfect order. As long as it includes first name, email address, birthday month, and birthday day, we can organize the needed information. No birth year is needed.
Is my customer data private?
